Please note we are not currently able to support insurance billing for Medicaid patients.

Appointment Confirmation
You will receive confirmation by email and text, along with a reminder 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations can be made through your patient portal.
No Shows & Late Cancellations
Missing an appointment or canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a No Show. In these cases, your card on file will be charged the full cash pay price of the visit. Insurance does not cover these fees.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the No Show fee will apply.
Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if circumstances prevent you from giving 24 hours’ notice.
